Tv and radio both work. Takes a 12 size D batteries or 120 volt power adapter/cord. I do not have the adapters, I used the batteries to test it out. It turns on, radio works has sound. Without a digital converter cant get tv channels but you might be able to rig something up to get the tv to receive digital signal. Screen has its protector on it so it has no scratches. Body of the tv does have some marks and the bottom battery case has someones name scratched on it but other than that tv is in great condition.
