This dress coat has a wide, off the shoulder neckline and ¾ length fitted sleeves. It is made of light green and white woven nubby fabric with light blush pink ribbon remnants woven throughout. The bottom half of the dress jacket has hot pink yarn stitched woven in. There are two welt pockets on the front below the waist. The skirt and sleeves are decorated with embroidered sequin star patches of varying sizes and colors. The front has 4 large snap button closures and 2 small snaps that allow the garment to separate completely and be worn as an open jacket. The back has a pleat at the hip that opens up the skirt.
