This is pre-owned. Worn to one event. No alteration except 1 hanger string was removed. Does not effect dress. This is size 16. Lots of layers under the skirt. Built in bra pads. My pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful dress. Length from top of shoulder to bottom of dress is 60 or 5'. The Circumference where you see the attached belt is 40 . I suggest you have your own alterations if needed and have it dry cleaned to look your perfect best. It does have some wrinkles due to fitting alot of dress in the storage bag. It will ship in oversize box due to, again, alot of dress. Please ask questions before purchasing if needed.
