Gorgeous vintage cotton Sunbonnet Sue quilt.Entirely handmade, sewn, appliquéd and embroidered.Look at the embroidery detail on each of her bonnets.It looks like it is from the 1940s from the fabric.Back side is a light orange, peachy color, like the square borders on the front.There are quite a few age spots from being stored, I didn't try any Oxyclean on it to get anything out.There are no holes, or major wear to it.Such beautiful work, and so many fabrics. Measures 85” by 70”.I’m keeping a lot of my grandmother’s quilts, but I just can’t keep them all. So would love for one of you to enjoy it.
