Thank you for viewing. This is a charm (strap) that was distributed during the parade at Puroland. It is from 1999-2000 and is a very valuable item that is now unavailable to collectors. It has been unopened and unused and stored in my jewelry case at home. There are no noticeable scratches or stains on the main body, but please understand that this is an inspection by an amateur. The swan side had weak adhesive on the closure of the outer bag, so it was cleaned and repaired with double-sided tape. Also, the tag has some creases, misalignment, and dirt. Please refer to the photos as they show everything. Please purchase if you understand that this is a long-time home-stored item.
