This scrunch top is made with poly cotton fabric and elastics. The image is machine embroidered, not iron on! The straps are made with satin ribbons.
This item is sized for a build a bear but can fit almost any stuffed animal due to the elastics on the top and bottom and the halter top style tie straps!
The skirt is made with matching fabrics and topped with a bow! It is also made with elastics to fit most stuffed animals.
This item was made with a sewing machine and fabric glue!
