It is in poor/fair condition. This is an almost 80 year old cookbook that has been lovingly well used over the years. This was a go-to for homemakers in the 1940s and beyond. The wear is an indication of why it is a classic for generations of cooks.
The cover has scuffs, scratches, stains, discoloration, rubs, wear, and tears. Outside page edges are stained and discolored. Interior pages have discoloration from age. Some pages are stained, with folded corners/edges and small tears.
