Known for her beautiful included porcelain pieces from vases to cups, Elaine Coleman had been a highly sought after artist for forty five years. Her pieces are highly decorative and have a signature celadon glaze. Every piece is hand formed, either by taking away porcelain from the surface and the form or by adding porcelain to create another level and surface dimension. Though I can't be certain, comparatively, this looks like her work. Her small pieces start at 325 and go up from there. Because I cannot be certain, I am not pricing at that range. I am pricing for the uniqueness, artistry and content of this piece. It is unsigned and her pieces are always signed. This is porcelain and well made. No chips, cracks or damage.
