A stand-out jacket. Long sleeves with accent pucker stitching at cuffs. Collar has pull cords to adjust tightness of ruffle. Pockets are accented by pucker stitch along the top edge, giving the pockets a slightly puffy appearance. The shiny crinkle fabric adds to the sophistication of this beautiful jacket by Chicos. 19 across at waistline, giving a slight fitted, slender look
22 across at hemline, opened slightly below bottom button.
