This perfect condition Winnie The Pooh coat is STUNNING. It is decorated with pink snowflakes and features cute ruffles on the shoulders. The inside is still soft and fluffy. One wrist cuff is missing the tightening string, you could add a new one or remove the other one entirely, I've left it up to you. The sizing tag says 26-31 pounds or 32.5-36 inches tall.
