This is outfit #1970 called Ice cream n cake. It is missing the shoes and the belt. The tights have orange coloring at the feet, not sure if they could be bleached? One of them also has a small tear at the top, shown in picture. It doesn’t show when she has the skirt on. The shirt is perfect, all closures present. Elastic is still good on the bloomers, skirt is in good shape.
