First edition, ninth printing hardcover copy of How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie (Simon & Schuster, 1937). Very rare early copy of this iconic and hugely influential psychology / self-help book. Printed just three months after the first printing. Moderate wear to covers, especially around the edges. Corners and spine ends bumped and with some fraying. A few instances of split binding though spine remains fairly straight. A few pages creased/torn at bottom outer edge. Tanning pages with some soiling to outer edges of text block, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
