With lots of research. I came to the conclusion that this is a Westmoreland Creation. Blue Frosted, Capote Candy jar. Beautifully. Craft it. The top of the candy jar is scalloped. The top knob resembles a. pinecone It does have a couple of Knicks on the lid mainly, not on the actual jar. I am pointing them out in the pictures Two of them are like flea nick One is a chip on the Lid Barely noticeable and for that reason, I am discounting it quite a bit I am asking 46 for it, or best offer.
