* This is a beautiful antique circa. 1905 iridescent carnival glass pedestal compote dish by Northwood Glass company. It is done in the Hearts and Flowers pattern. * The Northwood Glass company was founded by Harry Northwood. Before then Harry worked for Hobbs-Brockunier and LaBelle in the 1880's.Harry's brother Carl Northwood worked alongside him once the company was founded. The Northwood plant closed in 1925, only six short years after Harry died in 1919. * There are no chips or cracks. There is a tiny blemish, that I believe is from the factory, in photo 8. So please take your time and look closely at all of the pictures. * This piece is just stunning. It measures 6" in height and 7" in diameter. *I do my best to list any defects that I can find. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have. This is out of my own personal collection. Please look closely at all of the pictures.
