5 - Pc Place Setting ‘Golden Rose’ China by Royal Chelsea

5-piece place setting of ‘Golden Rose’ bone china by Royal Chelsea. Made in England. This was my mother’s wedding china. She married at barely 19 right after high school in 1946. Sadly, the marriage ended in divorce after a few years and later, she remarried to my father which lasted 54 years. Although she was an elegant entertainer, she rarely used this. Perhaps it was because it was from her first marriage and she and my dad didn’t get china after eloping to Las Vegas. Dinner plate 10.5”; salad; approx 8”; bread 6.25”; saucer 5.5”; cup 3 7/8” x2.1/4”. There are 8 place settings total in excellent condition.This one is priced lower because there is a tad more use on two plates. Although all pieces are Pre-owned and have some signs of minor use, the last 2 pics show the saucer and bread plate with more wear. It is more cosmetic and these are tiny flea bites.
