A lovely 1940s early 1950s vintage black straw boater style wide brimmed tilt hat with large roses in the front and a back band.This charming Forties hat has large paper millinery roses of dark pink, light pink, and lilac covered by black netting that circles the hat to form a bow in the back.It is a very hard shiny straw material.It has a 2 1/2" formed crown and a brim of 3" in the front.The elastic back band goes behind your head to hold it on.
