This is a very old piece. Whiting and Davis Mesh Bags is stamped in the frame. Measures 5 3/4 long and 4 1/8 wide. The diamond shapes are enameled and there is some wear to the enamel. When open, there are a couple of holes near the corner of the frame on each side. See all photos for details.
