VINTAGE CHINESE EXPORT CLOISONNE ENAMEL TULIPS FLORAL LEAF BRASS 10 VASE
Presumably antique Chinese, although exact age is unknown. 
Most likely early 20th century. 
A great object for study or display, this will make a nice addition to any student or appreciators collection of Chinese art and artifacts.
Condition:
This piece has four dents. The largest is on one of the tulip scenes. The other tulip scene would make the best display as the other dents are on either side of the scene, less noticeable than the other.  Strong patina on the rim and inside the vase. The bottom has the usual makers imperfections. The rim has some enamel loss/dent and damage as well. Exhibits signs of age such as surface wear and weathering.
