WOVEN SILK Tapestry depicting an elderly couple enjoying the words of an interesting book. The detail is EXQUISITE. It is titled Noel Des Vieux which translates to Christmas of the Old Men. The image size is approximately 7 1/8 x 6 1/4 . It bears the N F insignia on the left hand corner. It is framed in a simple black WOODEN FRAME. Overall frame size is approximately 12 1/4 x 11 1/4 . The edges of the frame are worn in some areas and the matting has discolored somewhat. Nonetheless, it is ready to be hung. The image itself is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. The second picture depicts women harvesting.
