This is a distillation of a portion of that massive tome that Szekely wrote in the early days which acted as a directive for those wanting to improve their lives pre- World War II (1938) Even back then EBS warned that our planet's survival is threatened by our own ignorance & disregard for the laws of nature. After the war, the International Biogenic Society was formed or resumed & the aforementioned tome was broken down into smaller books & more digestible units. This current Cosmos, Man and Society was released in 1989, 10 years after Szekely's death, & has a forward by his second wife, & also uses a scientific approach to health & longevity for each chapter. The Sorborne Method of reading/studying is always The Professor's advice to retain more of these nuggets of truth.
