These 2 tea mugs are made of porcelain and each comes with a tea strainer that sits in the top of the mug and a lid. You put tea into the strainer, add hot water and let it steep for a while. The lid keeps it hot. On the side and on the lid is Japanese kanji that basically speaks of fate/chance on one and success on the other. These mugs are like new...never been used and in great condition. Got these in Japan about 2002. Each mug holds about 10 oz. and is 5 tall.
