This is an unopened item I found at a record shop in Tokyo 2-3 years ago.
Sealed copies are quite rare, I believe.
As shown in images 3 and 4, there is some scuffing on the spine.
Although it is completely unopened, it has been in someone's possession, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections such as slight dents.
