1937 Circa - Vintage “Mrs. Grace Dalrymple Elliot” by Gainsborough

This is "Mrs. Grace Dalrymple Elliot by Gainsborough.This vintage piece is new and has never been displayed, framed, or hung.The item obtained from an antique store includes a certificate from the dealer, which is not available for purchase. Nonetheless, a photocopy of the certificate will be furnished for record-keeping purposes.This artwork, in conjunction with eight others, constitutes a circa 1937 collection of assorted full-color reproductions of renowned old masters' oil paintings from around the world.These artworks were curated by the U.S. government art committee under the guidance of Eleanor Roosevelt.The artwork is encased in transparent plastic, serving to safeguard the images from humidity and deterioration. It is further bolstered by a poster board to maintain its original shape.Due to its age, it is important to note that there may be discoloration on the reverse side of the paper or minor folds. However, considering its vintage nature, the overall condition ranges from good to very good.The images were taken by me both with and without the camera flash, and have not been altered using Photoshop.The item for sale is from a smoke-free, perfume-free, and pet-free household.
