Higbee Circle and Yoke Compote 7 7/8 Signed HIG 1900-1920
I have for sale a gorgeous large compote by Higbee, marked with the bumble bee with HIG written from wing to wing within, making this a piece produced between 1900-1920. It glows green under UV. I found what I think may be a few tiny fleabites on the bottom of the foot, but it makes no sense why there should be any fleabites there, given that the bottom of the foot is concave. It measures a wide 7 7/8 across the top and 7 tall. It weighs about 1lb 11oz. I found some scratches along the sides/top.
