Book itself is in Great condition! Corners are bumped just slightly. Interior is in Very Good+ condition! Most of the pages are bright and clean. Inked name and date on early page. Small smudge stain on the edge of one of the pages (not very noticeable). Book does fall open to certain pages, but all pages are well bound & no damage to binding.
