This comic book is part of the first Pokemon manga ever, never released outside Japan, and there's a very good reason why: it's very bizarre.
The comic started to be printed in 1996 and stars Red from the original Pokemon Red and Blue series, but with a few key differences: Red's mascot Pokemon is a Clefairy that speaks (similar to Meowth in the anime), and is insanely vulgar, which is probably why it never got translated into English or other languages.
this isn't some unofficial but an official Pokemon manga licensed by The Pokemon Company.
