Wow! What a beautiful Vintage Sony Clock Radio! With its teal blue Telechron clock dial and its nicely chromed detailing on the trim and buttons, this Sony vertically rectangular clock radio looks sharp.
At the top, is the clock placed behind a clear lens. Its teal dial glows orange at night time. Only the 12 and 6 numerals are showing with ticks where all other numbers should be, adding to its minimalist aesthetic. A smooth continuous running Telechron clock second hand, spins quietly around the face. The left clock dial knob controls the alarm on/off/auto radio/radio alarm and alarm time set functionality. The right dial knob controls the sleep timer duration and time adjustment.
At the bottom, the radio tuning template and functional knobs for tuning and volume are neatly surrounded by square chrome trim. Also, within that is the FM/AM switch. The radio only picked up a couple of stations for me, and only worked intermittently. Perhaps, some electronic spray is needed?
