Cons: The DP-20 prisms have some LED leakage that obscures information. However both prisms are functioning fine otherwise and will give you Matrix metering and auto/program exposures (and manual). You can readily use them as-is without issue.
I notice the glue/backing around the tripod mount is pulled out slightly but there is no give and it's all working correctly
Pros: Foam light traps and mirror bounce are good, springy, no residue. Rubber covering is tight and not at all tacky like old F100s. Overall the camera is very clean, better than average and with a puffer both prisms, mirror and focusing screen can be 99% dust free. Battery chambers are all clean. I have shot several rolls with good spacing and exposure, no surprises. If not for the prism I'd call it mint minus.
These are heavy, complex cameras with real dials and knobs, safety interlocks and all the best Nikon engineering. I'm actually amazed they introduced these in 1988, I didn't think tech was that far along. I g
