Fold over clasp Marked Sterling
I found a piece exactly like this online but it was marked ‘symmetalic silver’ so doing more looking, I believe this piece is by W.E. Richards as they did sterling pieces as well, according to Google.

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Bracelet is marked SYMMETALIC STERLING Symmetalic was a trade name of the W. E. Richards Company of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, which was first used in the mid 1930s until at least the 1940s. W. E. Richards Co was founded in the early 1900s.
