Used only twice. My daughter did not like being worn.
This carrier is GREAT for comfort as it has lumbar support for your back. It also doesn’t need a special insert to be used for newborns. Structured but not big and bulky or too hot. There are lots of ways to adjust making it easy to fit different sizes - my husband I and both could wear this. Many different ways to wear and lasts into the toddler years. Had another one for our older son and got tons of use out of it.
