I purchased these as an overstock/buyout item, but have no reason to suspect they are not in new without tag condition-marking as preowned to be on the safe side.
I believe these are the Pond4 Hybrid ‘23 V2 version. They feature the zippered pocket, but the buttons that attach the removable brief are simpler than the ‘24 version.
