Vicente Garcia is a CT-based potter who makes a variety of pottery but is well known for his smoked pots. This is made of a matte clay in a pinkish/creamy color with dramatic black markings from the inclusion of horsehair during process and has thick copper wire wrapped and knotted at top and bottom.
Note: this is for display or dried materials only. It is porous and will absorb water. Per maker, not recommended for use as a vase for fresh materials.
