Stunning Victorian hand blown glass Jack-in-the-Pulpit vase:
- Sold to me as Fenton, but unmarked so I’m uncertain of maker; could be Stevens & Williams, Phoenix or another high-end, late-1800s/early 1900s art glass maker
- Antique/Victorian era production characteristics:
• rough/unpolished pontil mark
• posey vase style/size
• ruffled/crimped edge & clear crest
• encased glass: white bowl bottom with dark pink/cranberry JIP shaped mouth
• silver mica flakes throughout create gorgeous sparkle
- approx. 6” H x 6” D
- no cracks, chips or other damage that I can see; but please enlarge & examine photos as item’s best representations to determine design, color (appearance of which can vary by screen/monitor & lighting), size & condition by your standards & ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. Thank you!
