This rare red hat towel ring is probably from the late 1990's early 2000. I've not been able to find anything like it. It's made of some type of heavy resin with a plastic ring. Red hat and flower with a purple and lavender bow. The ring is ivory. It measures 8 1/2 across X 7 high, counting the ring it's 9 high. 1 1/2 D. The ring swivels out. 6 ring. Use in a bath for small towels or cute in a dressing room or bed room with scarves. Good condition. There are some small dings to the red finish in a few spots but nothing deep or bad. Hanger on the back so ready to hang. I ship same or next business day.
