This is an antique Gruen women’s watch in 14K missing the stem.
From research- The watch houses a tiny yet powerful 290 top class manual wind caliber, running on 17 jewels. It is cased in a 14K solid rose gold original Gruen case with near-mint crystal and original signed crown. The dial is factory original, gorgeous dual tone silver/salmon with raised gold plated dots and Roman numerals and comes with the original set of hands.
This beautiful Gruen cocktail watch measures 14mm side to side (excluding crown) and 24mm from top lug to bottom lug.
The band is a vintage Seidel expansion
