Beautiful, authentic, antique frame watercolor painting by Carl Weber from an estate in Western, NY. There are signs of wear, dings, chips, cracks in the frame consistent with aging over time. There will likely be tiny pieces of gesso / frame loose in the package upon arrival. That's just the nature of these pieces - they're fragile and old and little bits easily flake off. Painting has a discoloration spot. Glass is in great condition. Please review photos for details.
