This is a nice 2.3mm genuine yellow diamond nose bone.
This is a real genuine yellow diamond that was mined from the ground. It is NOT man made, coated, lab created, dyed, infused or synthetic. This nose bone has a stub at the bottom of it that keeps the nose bone in place. The yellow is a little bit lighter than the pictures. It is 20g but will fit a nose piercing that is 16g, 18g, 20g and 22g. The clarity is SI-I. It is .05ct.
The diamond is set with epoxy which holds extremely well. The setting is surgical steel. As you can see in the pictures the diamond sticks out farther than the setting so that you mostly see the diamond instead of the setting when you wear it.
