This dress is definitely one of my favorites, and I’m surprised I never wore it. It has a full black, sheer overlay with white polkadots, and a satin silk lining and attached under skirt. The straps on this dress are extremely unique. One side is a simple spaghetti strap, and the other is a thick tie strap. that is very long. You can tie it however you like Which makes this dress even more unique and extremely retro.
The sheer overlay flows out beautifully from the black underskirt and has a beautiful ruffle at the neckline. The side of the dress with the strap that can be tied differently can be untied to slip into and out of the dress easily. Retro, fun and playful! This dress has it all!
Dress it up or down! Tags still attached and never worn! She needs to be shown off!
Size medium but a size 10 specifically.
Will come with a new black velvet hanger.
