Some Color Swirls on the out side.
This may be Strech Glass from the blened swirls of color change on some of the areas.

A Bit of History:
The Hazel Atlas Milk Glass Capri Swirl 10 Cone Open Large Decorative Centerpiece Bowl was made during the 1950s and 1960s. Continental Can introduced the Capri Swirl pattern in the 1960s, and Brockway later took over production. The Capri Swirl pattern is part of the Capri Blue line, which was popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
