Originally pre-ordered this from her very first production of the bags so it has some productions flaws. The magnets that hold the top flap closed are not strong enough for the weight of the bag, so it doesnt stay closed and it pops open if you grab it from the smaller handle. The interchangeable frog clip has a defect where one side does not snap together. Theres a few marks due to packing it while I moved, but I never actually used it because it was more of a briefcase than a shoulderbag. The original care instructions and thank you card are included in the bag.
