I have just washed this so it's clean
The elastic is no longer stretchy.  I can hear the elastic crack when I stretch one of the four corners.  If you plan to cut this sheet to use the fabric for a project the edges won't matter.  However if you plan to use this on a bed, you will have to sew new elastic to the corners.
