agnès b. sought to create new ways of wearing clothes while maintaining the essential functionality of workwear by changing colors and materials. At one point, I realized that fashion was becoming too complicated. I wanted to start from scratch with workwear as a base. I took inspiration from items like painter's pants, waiter's jackets, and dungaree materials used in construction work to come up with new designs. I wanted to create something similar to the workwear worn by railway workers and crossing guards, but made with soft, comfortable materials. It's a cotton garment with a slightly open front that closes with buttons. The design was inspired by the clothes of farmers that have been worn for a long time. This is agnès b.'s workwear, as described by agnès b. herself.
