Beautiful, vintage edition of Grimms' Fairy Tales by The Brothers Grimm. This edition was published by Duell, Sloan and Pearce in 1962. Stated first edition. Book is profusely illustrated throughout in color by Janusz Grabianski. This edition includes 59 popular fairy tales (like: Rapunzel, The Frog Prince, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood).
Book is in great condition, dust jacket is preloved but overly the piece is in good condition with normal signs of wear, beautiful and clean decorated endpapers. No previous owner markings. Please see photos.
Book measures approximately 6 7/8 inches by 9 1/2 inches with 352 pages.

Grimms' Fairy Tales, originally known as the Children's and Household Tales, is a collection of fairy tales by the Grimm brothers or Brothers Grimm , Jacob and Wilhelm, first published on December 20, 1812. The first edition contained 86 stories, and by the seventh edition in 1857, had 210 unique fairy tales.
