For your consideration is this antique German Meissen style porcelain figurine depicting two colonial children, a boy pushing a girl in a wheelbarrow and another girl feeding the boy grapes. The polychrome figurine is hand-painted with a matte finish, and could be used as a lid for a dresser box or fit into a French ormolu base. The piece is medium-sized, measuring 6.4 inches in length, 6 inches in height, and 4.3 inches in width, with a weight of 1 lb 8.9 oz.

The figurine is a beautiful addition to any room, whether it be a study, bathroom, sunroom, den, entryway, foyer, marine, kitchen, bedroom, living room, lounge, or dining room. This original Victorian-era piece was produced between 1850-1899 in Germany using job production techniques. It is unmarked and unsigned, with unknown origins and brand.
