Likely signed by the following: Jacob Cushing was the moderator of the Cambridge Association and during the Revolutionary War served as Scribe of the State Convention of the Clergy, giving the convention sermon in 1789.

Collation & Notes: A4 ([A1r] G.T.P.), B4, C4, D4, E4, F2 (ends F2v). [22] ff. (44 pages).

Complete, with an original title page. Vertical chain lines, but D & E with horizontal chain lines. WorldCat & OCLC records 8 copies. Evans 22175.

Condition: Leaves (8” x 4.6875”). F2 corners cut & verso browned.
