All of my information was gleaned from other sellers online. I may have made a mistake in my research. If anyone spots a mistake, please feel free to educate me.
These two vintage champagne flutes are by Theresienthal from Bavaria, Germany. The hand engraved pattern is called Connoisseur, which was discontinued in the late 1960’s. I think these are glass. The other stemware that came with these are much heavier.
They are 8 3/8 and are in excellent condition.
Next time I think I’ll polish glassware before I take photos.
