This is a vintage porcelain clown tape dispenser, hand painted in bright blue, yellow, and red with lots of detail. The clown is on his hands and knees, with a ceramic spindle inside his body to hold a roll of tape. A fun mix of cute and creepy, he makes a unique desk or office collectible.
