This vintage cookie jar is a Mc Coy Pottery Dalmatian dog with puppies in a rocking chair. The mother dog has her litter of spotted pups with her in a black rocking chair with a yellow blanket draped over the back of it. The word "COOKIES" is written in black lettering on the front of the jar. Very heavy pottery jar. There is crazing on the inside of jar. The bottom is marked Mc Coy USA. This vintage pottery cookie jar is approximately 9 1/4 inches high (to top of mother dog's head), 7 1/2 inches from front to back and 5 3/4 inches from side to side.
