Both blouse and skirt are fully lined with 100% Rayon. Large shoulder pads have been detached, but will ship with the set. Skirt is knee length or a bit longer (depending on height), and has a zip/clasp/snap closure at the waist. No stretch. Slit in back of skirt. Soft satin material, and flowy. Dry Clean Only. Made in China.
