For your consideration is this lovely glass swan. This sommerso swan was produced during the 1980s by Murano in Venice, Italy. This lovely swan's belly interior is a marbled pink with gold glass. The overglass is clear. The swan measures 4.75 inches long x 4 inches wide x 6 inches tall. There are no chips or cracks observed. This can be used as a paperweight or soap dish to match your swan faucets. An Absolutely delightful piece. It glows yellow under a 365nm UV light indicating most likely cadmium content. Cadmium is known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm.
